It provides an objective view on essential oils and it presents research findings on a number of essential oils. Some are a little disappointing to me as a wellness advocate, but others are proven to be very effective. I am thankful that he was willing to do all this research and present the information honestly because there is so much in the essential oil industry that is glamorized. Not everything that is said will work, so it is nice to see evidence.
It is essential to do your research before using any oil as a treatment.
